I truly enjoyed my stay at this nice hotel. Every staff member was nice and kind.

This place is incredibly beautiful and trendy, with kind staff who have great manners and offers wonderfully comfortable rooms equipped with an electronic key card, coffee and tea-making facilities, and a flat-screen cable TV.

the location was great, in the middle of jackson, and my bed was comfortable. malecon of mazatlan district was worth visiting.

Everything was great, with amicable and kind staff, met needs well. The hotel had a great position, in the middle of jackson. Easily reached Taqueria San Pablo, located at a moderate distance from the property, had lunch/dinner there. Stayed for 2 days and didn't feel like leaving, I would love to return.

This hotel offers a great modern experience with helpful staff, strong Wi-Fi, a fantastic pool, and convenient onsite parking.

My room was really spacious and had everything I needed like A/C, a safe, and a nice big TV with lots of channels. Plus, the view overlooking the lake was just stunning! 🌅

My stay here was pleasant. the wake-up service for my double room was a nice touch - it's always nice to be able to rely on that. And the beds? Super comfy! 😊.

The location of this place is within a 4-6 minutes walk from Universidad de Occidente, just about 16 miles from the airport, and the staff are friendly.
